SHIPPING POLICY

Free Shipping is available on all orders. Orders are fulfilled on demand and shipped directly from our manufacturing partner in the United States.

ORDER PROCESSING

All METIS orders are fulfilled on a print-on-demand basis through our USA-based manufacturing partner. This means your order is prepared specifically for you after purchase.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

United Kingdom — 7–14 business days — Free
United States — 3–7 business days — Calculated at checkout
European Union — 10–20 business days — Calculated at checkout
Rest of World — 14–28 business days — Calculated at checkout

Delivery estimates are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Actual delivery times may vary depending on postal service volumes, customs processing, and local carrier performance.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your tracking number for tracking information to become active.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES

METIS ships from the United States. Orders shipped to the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by UK customs authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total or shipping fee. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are unable to reroute packages once dispatched. METIS is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at uk.pluffies@gmail.com and we will investigate with our fulfilment partner.
